The Stelvio National Park extends ion the heart of the Central Alps. Among majestic peaks, lush forests and high mountain meadows crossed by streams we find wide-ranging ecosystems with many rare species of animals belonging to the Alpine fauna as well as a rich flora which includes plants and flowers such as buttercup and wild orchid.

At the valley floors and on the mountain slopes there are charming villages and mountain huts in complete harmony with the environment.
