The most outstanding architectural work you cannot miss in Livigno is the Parish Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin (Chiesa Parrocchiale della Natività della Beata Vergine). The building dates from the years 1884-87 and was designed by architect Don Piccinelli from Bergamo. The original church dates back to the Middle Ages, although today of the original complex only the bell tower is left.
