The Latteria of Livigno was born in 1954 from the union of a limited number of producers.
Today, this cooperative has 210 members working for 125 small and medium-sized farms in the territory of Livigno and Trepalle, manages the agricultural work and leads the management of the municipal pastures and flocks of sheep.

The new plant of the dairy is located in via Pemont.
The building is modern and at the same time bound mountain architecture, is designed as a space for the processing of new dairy products and welcoming place for visitors who can watch the transformation of milk from large windows and taste or buy goods in the Bar Bianco.
In the tourist area are available projections of the history of peasant life of Livigno and Trepalle and the stages of implementation of the new dairy.

In the Latteria di Livigno you can find cheese, fresh milk, yogurt, butter.. all guaranteed by the mark Livigno. A cooperative that promotes the development of the mountain area of Livigno and Trepalle in order to improve and expand the whole agricultural activity.
