According to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, Xiby Web Agency situated in Livigno at Via Florin, 70/C, must supply the person interested with specific information concerning the processing modalities of personal data. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA Personal data acquired directly or through another source within the ambit of the company activity are handled in conformity with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 and standard privacy obligations.
